Product/Technology Name: DB200

Condition/Disease Targeted: Psoriasis

Purpose: DB200 refers to a series of compounds we have which are inhibitors of CPT-1 for the topical treatment of psoriasis.  This drug candidate has the potential to inhibit inflammation and the proliferation of skin cells thus resulting in decreased reddening and less flaking of the skin.

Product Development: A clinical candidate will be selected from a number of strong lead compounds.  This program is currently not being resourced.  Development will be re-initiated when sufficient additional funding is secured.

Viability: The mechanism of action is complementary to existing therapies and, in combination with steroids, delivers superior efficacy to steroids alone.
